How the Single Applicant Program Works
Expedited Onboarding Through Frictionless Process.
Same Reliable Timeline.
  • Lower Program Fee: USD 100k entry for a single applicant. Standard USD 5k for Due Diligence.
  • KYC & DD Upfront: Applicants complete KYC and Due Diligence early to speed processing time to approval.
  • Funds Ready: Applicants must have funds available before application, and be ready to place into escrow on clearance through due diligence.
  • Notary Service: In order to streamline the process and reduce courier timelines use of our complementary certification service is required.
  • Passport Application: Forms are completed in advance, on anticipation of approval.
  • Stable Commission: 15% on program fee and additional concierge services
  • Incorporated Company: Each applicant is provided a company incorporated in Sierra Leone, with a corporate bank account.
  • Processing Time: Once we have paired your applicant with a second applicant in this program, your application moves through a now-expedited timeframe. This is achieved because funds are in escrow, due diligence, certification, and passport application forms are already complete. The only potential delay is us finding the match.
GO-FOR-GOLD Back-Of-House Process / Logic
  • Program available to a small, selected group of official partners for beta-testing. (I suggest Daniel, Jennifer, Citizen X and Passportivity). This program is not available for direct applicants.
  • Partner applies for S.A.P through built-for-purpose portal, with application process sequence configured for speed.
  • Process as follows:
  • Partner Applies on behalf of client, and uploads passport
  • Passport sent for regular KYC
  • KYC approval automatically triggers Due Diligence Invoice, and opens 'main applicant and upload stages'
  • Partner uploads Proof of Payment of Due Diligence Invoice. Partner completes forms.
  • On completion of forms, notary receives document pack, arranges in-person certification session. Notary sends hard copies to Sierra Leone
  • Case officer uploads details to Harods. Due Diligence process begins.
  • Case Officer completes passport application form on behalf of applicant - couriers to official partner to get signature from applicant. Partner returns same to Sierra Leone.
  • Due Diligence report uploaded. Client receives ESCROW agreement.
  • Client signs ESCROW, and uploads Proof of Payment.
  • Applicant selects Company Names.
  • APPLICATION HELD AT THIS STAGE UNTIL SECOND S.A.P APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS
  • Process repeated for EVERY S.A.P.
  • Case officer (via Sierra Leone) compiles applications for submission.
  • Sierra Leone completes Passport Submission on approval by CIO.
GO-FOR-GOLD Revenue Upside and Costs
Revenue:
  • USD 100k per applicant. USD 5k For Due Diligence per applicant (invoiced in advance - we ask Harods for a reduced fee for this program - it is USD 5k for a Main Applicant and +1 Currently)
  • TOTAL USD 205k per "Application" - Currently it is USD 170k
  • USD 205k includes service fee we charge for DD
Costs:
  • Due Diligence - no costs to company - 5k outgoing for the pair
  • Commission - USD 30k per "application" (not per applicant - so each partner gets USD 15k)
  • Fee to Sierra Leone - As per current arrangement of Main Applicant
  • Additional Company Incorporation / Corporate Bank Account through Aziz
