A Partner's Guide to Onboarding A Client with GO-FOR-GOLD.
This is a very simple step-by-step guide for Official Partners completing the GO-FOR-GOLD Onboarding process on behalf of their clients. It covers what partners do, what clients must do, and how to use the automated flow of communication effectively. It also details the final, MANUAL stage of the process, including preparation of Company Incorporation documents, Corporate Banking details, Submission to the SLID, Approvals, Release of Escrow and Official Document Issue
Unique GO-FOR-GOLD Official Partner Portals - for multiple application management.
  1. Our team will have provided you an Official Partner portal.
  1. Click your Portal Link, register WITH THE CLIENT'S NAME (The Main Applicant).
  1. Use your COMPANY EMAIL ADDRESS to register (If team members each handle applications, this must be an email they can ALL access, with a passwords they all know).
  1. Tick to accept the terms, then click START NOW.
  1. At our WELCOME PAGE, Click CONTINUE. This will open the Application Hub where you can onboard your client.
Should you have additional applications, please follow the SAME procedure, only changing that the application features the NAME OF THE NEW CLIENT (Main Applicant).
In order for you to view ALL of the current applications your company may be managing, please follow this procedure:
  1. Click your PORTAL LINK (not the link provided in each email your receive as part of an individual application)
  1. Open your portal and you will be presented TWO options (in orange).
  1. Please select "RETURN TO AN EXISTING APPLICATION". This will present you a list of all applications your company is currently managing.
  1. Select the application you wish to continue working on.
  1. You will be taken to the Application Hub specifically created for that particular application.
What Partners Must Know
Using Your Company Email
  • Always start the application on behalf of your client by using your company email address, NOT the Applicant's email address. A safety feature of our platform is that the EMAIL ADDRESS used by the Official Partner during onboarding is DIRECTLY linked to that application, and to manage MULTIPLE applications, partners MUST use the SAME email address for each application.
  • Should you have several team members who are managing different applications, we suggest creating an email address - applications@officialpartnername.com .(for example), where team members share a common password, but can all access your partner-specific portal.
  • All notifications, tasks, and case officer messages will be sent to you directly as you are acting on behalf of your client.
  • Partners should use an address that is associated with the GO-FOR-GOLD program so we can attribute commissions earned - preferably the one you used to become a partner, or one you specifically create for managing applications .
Before You Begin
  • If applying on behalf of your client, please tick that you have consent to apply on their behalf.
  • Gather basic documents (You can find a comprehensive list HERE).
  • Understand the process as laid out below - documents are uploaded in stages, progress emails are sent to your email address requiring you to log back into the Application Hub, and some stages - like KYC and Due Diligence may take from days to 2 weeks.
  • Please take careful note regarding document uploads, and how you will proceed with documentation certification and the swearing of oaths. please refer to our Certification of Documents page for additional information.
GO-FOR-GOLD Application Process

Initial Application Setup
Partners initiate the application using their Tracking Link to notify us of a new client for commission .Official Partners must use their GO-FOR-GOLD associated email address if applying on behalf of a client. All automated responses and process steps are sent to this email address

Pre-Application KYC
KYC is conducted on the Main Applicant, and any additional dependants (aged 19 and over) after passport details are uploaded. Please click to confirm all passports are correctly uploaded. KYC typically takes 1-3 business days.

Applicant/s Details
After KYC Approval, Official Partners can begin the Application Process via the Application Hub, completing Main Applicant details, Program of Choice, and any Additional Dependent details.

Document Upload
Based on the selections already made in Application Stage 1, Official Partners are required to upload high quality copies of all required documents as prompted, then click to confirm that all documents are uploaded. These documents are verified by the case officer, approved and then the application is progressed.

Escrow
The GO-FOR-GOLD Program offers 3 types of ESCROW. The Escrow arrangement of choice is selected. Official Partners can select if they wish to offer clients the option of DIGITAL or MANUAL signatures of the agreement, and the Escrow Agent Authorisation document. If MANUAL is selected, after signature, the Official Partner is required to upload the scanned copy in the Application Hub for counter signature by the Escrow Attorney.

Proof Of Transfer
Clients are required to provide proof of payment into Escrow. Official Partners upload this Proof of Payment via the application process. On receipt of funds, the Escrow Attorney provides confirmation to the case officer, and all documents are sent to Harods Associates Ltd for our 3rd party due diligence process.

Company Name Selection
After Harods Associates Ltd have confirmed the eligibility of the Applicants, The online process is progressed to the final stage. The GO-FOR-GOLD Program includes a company incorporated in Sierra Leone. Applicants are required to select 3 company names. From this point our Online Process transitions to a back-end administrative MANUAL Process.

Certification of Documents
The applicant will be contacted by our legal associates and provided a BOOKING LINK to schedule a ZOOM call. On this call, all documents will be verified, certified, and oaths of allegiance sworn. Should any clients choose the Legal Change of Name Concierge Service, the Deed Poll is signed too. The notary sends all oaths and certified documents to the case officer for preparation of the Submission Pack for the SLID.

Final Stages
Our on-the-ground team will liaise directly with the Applicant for preparation of all documents required for Company Incorporation and Corporate Banking.
Our Case Officer will provide the Official Partner with the FINAL SUBMISSION DOCUMENT for signature by the Applicant.

Submission and Approval
Our on-the-ground team submit a formal application. We provide receipt of that submission. The CIO signs the Letter of Naturalisation, grating legal status in Sierra Leone.

Release of Escrow
Escrow funds are release after the signature of the Letter of Naturalisation. Passport Application forms are submitted.

Official Documents Delivery
Passports are ready approximately 40-60 days thereafter. These are sent to the client via courier. The Certificate of Naturalisation is signed by the President, in batches, three to four times per annum. This is sent via courier to the new citizen/s of Sierra Leone
