GO-FOR-GOLD ESCROW

Secure Transaction Handling

Client funds are paid to our appointed escrow attorney in The Gambia, who acts as the Escrow Agent and holds all funds in a designated client trust account.

Except for any agreed Due Diligence fee, where applicable, no funds are released unless and until the applicant's Special Naturalisation application has been approved. Information regarding withdrawals from the program and non-approval scenarios can be found HERE.

Upon approval, the Escrow Agent disburses the relevant funds in accordance with the agreed transaction structure, including government fees, local administrative charges, program fees, and any applicable agent commissions
